II. After-sales Warranty Procedure
Attention 1: If you purchase the product through authorized distributor, please contact the customer service by the authorized distributor first. If the distributor cannot fix the issue, please contact Onebot Support for help referring to the above chart.
Attention 2: If you purchase it from Onebot Amazon official store and want to replace the entire kit, please contact Amazon Service Representative.
Remarks: ONEBOT reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to interpret, modify and amend this warranty policy at any time.
